What We Are Doing
- Using clear, semantic HTML structure for screen reader compatibility.
- Providing descriptive alt text for meaningful images and accessible labels for controls.
- Ensuring sufficient colour contrast between text and backgrounds.
- Supporting keyboard navigation throughout the platform.
- Providing built-in text-size and high-contrast controls.
- Providing reading assistance through browser text-to-speech where supported.
- Making DIRI available through both the website and WhatsApp.
Ongoing Improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing effort. These features can improve access but do not mean every page or browser combination is fully conformant. We test and improve the experience as issues are identified.
